Exchange Policy:
You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Simply send the unopened, unused perfume back to us in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we’ll dispatch your new perfume right away.
Customers are responsible for sending the return parcel to our provided address.
No Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available if the product is returned in its original condition.
Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll make it right!
